Welcome to Falaa Sales! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our platform and services. By accessing or using Falaa Sales, you agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our platform.

You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age in your jurisdiction to participate in bidding on Falaa Sales. By using our platform, you affirm that you are of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

To access certain features and participate in auctions, you may be required to create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.

3. Bidding Rules and Conduct:
When participating in auctions on Falaa Sales, you agree to adhere to the bidding rules and guidelines provided for each auction. Any attempt to manipulate bidding processes or engage in fraudulent activities will result in account suspension or termination.

4. Item Descriptions and Condition:
We strive to provide accurate and detailed item descriptions. However, please note that item conditions and specifications may vary. It is your responsibility to review item details before bidding. We do not guarantee the availability of any specific item for bidding.

5. Bidding Results and Winners:
Draws are done instantly when the final ticket is bought. The selection of a winner is done automatically by the system by using the randomization method. The final winner username and contact will be published at the product page and will be contacted through email. Non-Winners will also be contacted via mail to notify them of draw completion.

6. Payments and Fees:
Bidders are required to make payment within 1minutes time after adding a ticket to their cart. After the said time item will move from the cart for others to buy or bid on. All payment of items will be the exact deduction from your credit card or Mobile Money account and nothing more.

7. Platform Usage and Prohibited Activities:
You agree not to use Falaa Sales for any unlawful, harmful, or malicious purposes. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, unauthorized access, data scraping, spamming, or attempting to disrupt the platform’s functionality.

8. Intellectual Property:
All content and materials on Falaa Sales, including logos, trademarks, images, and text, are the property of Falaa Sales or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or modify any content without explicit permission.

9. Modification and Termination:
Falaa Sales reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any part of the platform or these Terms at any time without prior notice. We may also terminate or suspend user accounts for violation of these Terms or any unlawful activities.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties:
Falaa Sales provides the platform and services “as is” without any warranties or representations. We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or reliability of our platform or content.

11. Limitation of Liability:
Falaa Sales shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform or any transactions conducted on the platform.
